From the ELCA Advocacy Office:

ELCA National Advocacy Priorities Survey

More Info

Open Oct. 1 - 20, 2010
Beginning today, we have opened up the ELCA National Advocacy Priorities Survey for your comments. You can access it here.
We hope you will take a few minutes of your time to tell us what priorities are important to you. We need to hear from you. How are you engaged in service? What issues are important to you? How can we be more intentional in helping you?
The ELCA Washington Office works hard to make space in our public debate for people who are not heard. We lead this church's advocacy witness in Washington D.C., and collaborate closely with our colleagues at the United Nations, with corporations and in state capitols around the country.
ELCA advocacy ministry speaks for biblical values such as peacemaking, hospitality to strangers, care for creation, and concern for people living in poverty and struggling with hunger and disease. We can't do it all at once. Your opinions in this survey will help us prioritize our work for policy change to improve the lives of people not heard in our public decision-making processes.
If you know of someone else who may be interested in participating in the survey, please share this link - www.elca.org/advocacysurvey - with them.
