Invitation to join GF-LRC Certification Program

Green Faith Certification Program for ELCA Congregations an Excellent Opportunity

Join a Webinar to Learn More

GreenFaith (GF) and Lutherans Restoring Creation (LRC) are collaborating to enroll ELCA congregations in the GreenFaith Certification Program beginning in January 2013 (Application process to be completed by December 1, 2012).

·                     To launch the collaboration, GF is underwriting 50% of the tuition of 20 ELCA congregations nationwide (half of $600.00, 1,000.00, or 1,500.00, depending on the budget of the congregation—and you will save more than this in energy reduction!).

·                     This unique program helps houses of worship become environmental leaders, deepen worship and education, lower operating expenses, involve the entire congregation in special events, strengthen mission, and engage new and younger members. It is a great church growth and development program.

·                     GreenFaith provides extensive support online and personal support, online and through GF Certification Program director Stacey Kennealy. LRC provides a coach, the Rev. Dr. Johan Bergh, to assist ELCA churches to make the most of this opportunity.

GreenFaith/LRC offers a free webinar to help ELCA leaders learn more:
